Premium Quality Power Mesh Fabric
Our Power Mesh fabric is a stretchy, lightweight, and sheer material with tiny holes throughout, perfect for making lingerie, swimwear, activewear, costumes, curtains, and event draperies at wholesale prices.

Durable and Shape-Retaining
Power Mesh fabric contains 90% nylon fibers, making it extremely durable. Unlike polyester mesh fabrics that may become distorted over time, our nylon-based Power Mesh keeps its original shape even after repeated stretching, ensuring your creations maintain their form through many uses.
Stretchy and Versatile
This fabric stretches approximately 20% vertically and 35% horizontally thanks to its 10% spandex content. The combination of stretch and strength makes Power Mesh ideal for form-fitting garments that need to move with the body while providing support and structure.
Breathable and Comfortable
Power Mesh features closely spaced 0.05 mm holes throughout the fabric, creating excellent airflow. This breathability makes it comfortable for activewear and undergarments, while its lightweight nature (only 5.2 ounces per linear yard) ensures it won’t feel heavy or restrictive.

Power Mesh fabric requires a rounded ballpoint needle to prevent tearing the delicate material. Use a zigzag stitch to create seams that maintain elasticity with the fabric. Sew slowly and carefully as the smooth texture can make the fabric feel slippery under the presser foot. For best results, use polyester thread that has some stretch.
Power Mesh is distinguished by its superior elasticity, shape retention, and durability. Unlike regular mesh which may sag or lose shape, Power Mesh maintains its structure even after extensive wear and washing. The nylon-spandex blend creates a fabric that’s both strong and flexible, supporting up to 20 pounds of weight while remaining lightweight at just 100 GSM.
Power Mesh excels in applications requiring both support and breathability. It’s commonly used as lining or panels in shapewear, sports bras, compression garments, dance costumes, and swimwear. The fabric also works well for layering in fashion pieces, creating sleeves or overlays that add visual interest while maintaining comfort and movement.
For professional-looking finishes, use a serger or overlock machine set to a narrow stitch width. If you don’t have access to these machines, try a narrow zigzag stitch on a regular sewing machine. For hand sewing, create a rolled hem with small, close stitches. When joining Power Mesh to other fabrics, sandwich the mesh between layers of the other fabric for a clean finish and added stability.
